Our Camps

First Flight leads training camps for the beginner runner looking to complete their first 5K all the way to the more seasoned athlete who wants to join the 1% and complete their first 26.2. Each camp comes complete with a certified First Flight Coach, a web based/mobile training plan, Camp #runthistown t-shirt, a discount to the identified goal race when available, and a celebration party! With the support of certified coaches, passionate volunteers and the local running community, new and seasoned athletes are setting new goals and crossing finish lines!

#RUNTHISTOWN 5K

This 12 Week camp is for beginners who want to complete a 5K road race. The plan includes a First Flight Certified Coach, A 12 Week Training Plan, Onsite Coaching once a week, a Camp #runthistown T-shirt, Discounts at participating vendors, Race Discount when available and a Finish Line Celebration party!

#RUNTHISTOWN 10K

This 12 Week camp is designed to take runners who can currently run 3 miles to a 10K finish line! The plan includes a First Flight Certified Coach, A 12 Week Training Plan, Onsite Coaching once a week, a Camp #runthistown T-shirt, Discounts at participating vendors, Race Discount when available and a Finish Line Celebration party!

#RUNTHISTOWN 13.1

This 16 week camp is designed to take runners who can currently run 4 miles comfortably to a 13.1 finish line! The plan includes a First Flight Certified Coach, A 16 Week Training Plan, Onsite Coaching once a week, a #runthistown T-shirt, Discounts at participating vendors, Race Discount when available and a Finish Line Celebration party!

This 16 week plan is designed to take runners who can currently run 6 miles comfortably to a 26.2 finish line! The plan includes a First Flight Certified Coach, A 16 Week Training Plan, Onsite Coaching once a week, a #runthistown T-shirt, Discounts at participating vendors, Race Discount when available and a Finish Line Celebration party!
